Commission Based Pay
Team-based commission structure with the opportunity to earn higher percentages than your average salon and your service pricing is based off your individual demand, not level, experience or tenure.
Schedule Flexibility
We work hard and we play harder. Our schedule is built around four shifts a week, giving you real time to rest, recharge, and actually live your life. As you grow with us, so does your flexibility. We run split shifts, so your days are full but your week never feels like it swallowed you whole.

Education Monthly
Monthly in-salon education covering color, cutting, styling, finance, and mindset. We invest in the whole stylist, not just their technical skills.
