Originally from the Seattle area, Randi-Rae relocated to Nashville, TN in 2017 and has been chasing her hair dreams building a salon team and a business she never thought was possible.
She thrives on the connection she makes with her guests, building up their confidence and making everyone that sits in her chair feel like the badass they are! The room is always full of laughter and silly stories. There's never a dull moment with Randi-Rae, that's a promise!
When she's not behind the chair and mentoring her team you'll find Randi-Rae and her husband traveling the world, adventuring outdoors, looking for new local food joints, entertaining friends and cuddling their pups.
